Délifrance Panitaly

The Biga consists simply of water, flour and a pinch of yeast and requires the use of strong and balanced flours with a fermentation period that lasts more than 16 hours. Many of Panitaly's products are made with 100% Biga and are created from traditional Italian recipes, respecting all the stages that give the product the right organoleptic properties. A detail that makes it possible to offer products conceived slowly but very practical, ideal for offering quick service.
