Vegan croissant with oats

A vegan croissant made with premium ingredients : wholemeal wheat flour, grains (wheat flour, barley malt, oats), seeds (sunflower seeds, brown linseed, and poppy seed) and a nice crunchy oatmeal topping. It has all the flavor and characteristics of a traditional French croissant: a fluffy melt in the mouth centre with a thin and crispy layering.
