Preparation : 35 minutes
Cut the butternut in half, add salt and pepper, spread oil on top, and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Cut out butternut dumplings and place them on the salad with cubes of fresh cheese.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Make a vinaigrette dressing with oil, balsamic vinegar, a few orange zests and a drop of orange juice.
