Our filled croissant Délifrance Héritage stands out thanks to its fine fillings of Italian origin, while maintaining the characteristics of the Héritage range, such as the dough made with 19.5% high-quality butter.

These three new recipes are the result of the combination of our French know-how, which allows us to create excellent doughs, and the fruits of the Italian territory.

Italy is the second largest producer of hazelnut worldwide, after Turkey and offers a great variety of this dry fruit. The variety chosen for our Héritage croissants is the "Tonda Gentile Trilobata", a product of rare excellence for its tasty aroma, delicate flavour and low fat content.
