Preparation : 10 minutes
Bake the bread following the usual instructions.
Meanwhile, cut the pumpkin in half and scrape out the seeds.
Then, place the pumpkin pieces on a baking sheet and roast in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
Once cooked, peel off the skin from the pumpkin pieces and then pulse the pumpkin until smooth.
If it looks too dry, add in a few tablespoons of water during the pulsing to give it the needed moisture.
Now that your purée is ready, you can mix it with the hummus.
Dressing : 10 minutes
Cut the lid off the loaf and lightly hollow out the crumb.
Then spread with the pumpkin hummus and for the final touch, sprinkle with the toasted pumpkin seeds.
Chef's tip
For an extra yumminess, add a few roasted chestnuts to the hummus, it's great.
