It can be prepared in just 10 minutes, using sun-kissed ingredients such as courgettes and smoked ham. This makes it a great choice for coffee shop, fast food, and sandwich shops.

For the grilled courgettes:
Using a mandoline, slice the courgettes to a thickness of 0.8 cm and grill them on both sides until cooked.
Bake the Granfocaccia in the oven at 200° for 5-6 minutes and let it cool.

Cut it in two, lengthwise and stuff it by spreading the crescenza cheese on the base of the Granfocaccia, then arrange the roasted ham and finish with the courgettes. Garnish with marjoram leaves.
