Galette des Rois (king cake)
The galette des rois (king cake) is a French gastronomic institution, traditionally enjoyed at the beginning of the year, or whenever you desire one. At Délifrance we have developed a gourmet recipe, inspired by traditional pastry techniques.
Its melting and unctuous filling, composed by an almond frangipane cream (21%), gently contrasts with the crispness of the puff pastry. Its diamond-shaped stripes, with its beautiful golden colour of 33% butter, offers an artisanal aspect.
