WHAT DEPARTMENT DO YOUR WORK IN AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS OF YOUR CURRENT POSITION? 

I work in continuous improvement. My job is to enhance production practices to improve performance through the analysis of data collected on sites, best practices and ideas from teams, and input from process experts. I also bring together all relevant departments in working groups for projects or to solve problems. 

 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DELIFRANCE?

I work with people from different backgrounds and professions. There are always many projects to manage. And the products are great! 

 

WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?

I have a degree in food engineering. I worked in the syrup industry in quality and production, then in planning for ready meals and Asian dishes. At Délifrance, I was hired in the methods department, then became assistant to the manager of Line 4, and finally moved into continuous improvement. Altogether, that adds up to 6 years of experience at Délifrance! 

 

WHAT ARE THE REASONS THAT LED YOU TO JOIN US?

The food industry is the field I wanted to work in, and the factory in Drôme allowed me to return to my home region. 

 

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW EMPLOYEE?

Taking an interest in the work of your colleagues, expressing your needs, and listening to others to find the best way to work. Come discover management in production, where women are underrepresented!
