Preparation : 5 minutes
Grease the pinsa with an emulsion of oil and water using a kitchen brush, bake in a ventilated oven at 220° until golden brown​.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Allow to cool, cut the pinsa in half, stuff with mortadella, smashed burrata and finally with the chopped pistachio.
