Would you ever guess that three croissants can make a brioche?

For this Valentine’s get creative, transform your croissants into a crispy brioche and sprinkle it with pink sugar.
An irresistible piece that will make your customers fall in love at fist sight.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Place 2 croissants diagonally in the tin.
Cut the third in two parts and place them on the opposite sides (or the "empty" corners) of the tin.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Cook for 35 minutes at 150°C.
As soon as out of the oven, remove from the mold, drizzle the brioche with syrup and then cover it with pink sugar.
