With our pastry disc, you can do whatever you want, even a pesto Christmas tree! Simple, yet very impressive, it will be perfect for an appetizer, snack on the go or even create impulse purchase.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Cut the pastry disc in two, lengthways.
Then, spread the pesto evenly, over the entire surface of the half felt.
Fold the first 5cm wide strip over itself.
Continue folding the dough over itself in smaller and smaller strips to form a triangular “sausage shape”.
Let the dough rest in the freezer so that it hardens.
Dressing : 10 minutes
Then, cut the slices into 1 cm wide.
Arrange on a baking tray, and put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 170°C.
Once they are ready, plant wooden spikes at the base of each tree.
