Our Know-How
The success of our choux pastry range is based on respect for traditional recipes and pastry-making know-how. The expertise and passion of our pastry chefs have enabled us to recreate production processes that mimic their techniques in our factory in Brittany.
Drawing on this French heritage, the original recipe and process are followed in order to obtain indulgent products for a unique taste experience: a light, crispy choux pastry filled with smooth pastry cream or light whipped cream.
Our flexibility allows us to offer a wide range of packaging to meet our customers’ needs: bulk, blister packs x2 x4 and consumer packs.
