Granfocaccia is an Italian speciality that can be served on its own or as a base for making wonderful sandwiches and tasty appetizers.
More than 15 hours of fermentation with olive oil (biga technique) make this product stand out with a crunchy crust, a soft dough and pleasant salty notes on its surface.
Made in Italy, granfocaccia is composed of few simple ingredients and contains EVO olive oil.
In 2019, this product won the Premio gusto superiore award at the International Taste Institute in Brussels.
