WHAT DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK IN AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS IN YOUR CURRENT JOB?

I'm the manager of the methods and continuous improvement department. I'm in charge of managing recipes on our database, as well as setting up ranges and quality controls on our ERP software (Qubes). I'm also involved in all the site's continuous improvement projects, working with all the departments to maintain the momentum and bring the projects to a successful conclusion.

 

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE ?

I like the diversity of the tasks, the family atmosphere in the offices and in the factory. I also like the possibility of moving on to new tasks.

 

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW EMPLOYEE?

Communication is the key to a well-functioning team. If you want to implement something new, don't hesitate to talk to the others about it. Don't hesitate to ask questions about your colleagues' work, whatever the department. Curiosity is a good trait!
