IN WHICH DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK, AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS OF YOUR CURRENT ROLE?

I work in the DIP (Product Development & Innovation) department, Pastry-Catering division, in Landévant.
I am a Project Coordinator: I handle the reception of elements from briefs and oversee the monitoring of IT flows related to development requests, as well as the creation of finished product codes, in collaboration with the various departments. I also organize client visits at the Landévant and Theix sites, with the aim of showcasing our expertise and the quality of our products.

 

WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE?

The dynamism, team spirit, creativity, and commitment.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?

After working at the Chamber of Agriculture of Morbihan, I joined, as a secretary, in January 1986, at Patigel / Société de Spécialités Surgelées in Landévant (a family business founded by Mr. Jules Lhermenier, a former baker and pastry chef from the Lorient area, who successfully passed on his passion).
This company later became Délifrance.
Délifrance gave me the opportunity to work in different departments (Industrial, Commercial, Purchasing, Supply, and DIP) with various responsibilities.

 

WHY DID YOU JOIN US? 

Firstly, because of the proximity to my home, and secondly because of my passion for the products: arriving in the morning to the smell of pastries, what a pleasure ! And above all, working in a good atmosphere, with a great mindset.
Délifrance trusted me and gave me the chance to grow professionally over the years.
