CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR JOB?
I have a diploma in pastry making and I am a pastry laboratory assistant. I am responsible for managing my daily work sheet, to ensure that the recipes for the entremets line run smoothly. In my job, I like to be independent, demanding, perseverant, rigorous, and I am definitely a perfectionist. My work provides me with the love of a job well done.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU WITH REGARDS TO YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
I enjoy managing my assignments from start to finish, as well as the variety of production changes. I also really appreciate to pass on my know-how and the relationships with the teams.
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT?
My greatest achievement is my professional career in the pastry industry. Since 1986 until today, I have had the opportunity to meet passionate professionals, who made me discover the love of the profession during my career, and who have trusted my work.
