WHAT DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK IN AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS IN YOUR CURRENT JOB?

I work in the Product Innovation Development (PID) department.

My job involves sending samples from the laboratory and production to the company's various departments, subsidiaries and customers (central part).

I'm also responsible for transport management, managing the quality of products to be sent to prospective customers and stock management.

 

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE ?

The variety!

In my job, I'm in contact with a multitude of people, since I'm in touch with supplies, production, shipping, customers, etc., as well as foreign subsidiaries. 

When I send out a product or a parcel, I have a sense of achievement.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND ?

After a work-study course in food and logistics, followed by 2 years in sales, I joined Délifrance in 2020 as a DIP Technician - Sample Coordinator.

 

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW EMPLOYEE?

To be as curious as possible.

 

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN US?

I wanted to develop my skills in transport chartering and I was curious about the world of R&D (Research and Development), which I had only heard about.
