I am in charge of leading a team of packers and line operators and I participate
in their development.
I also coordinate the different operations of the line according to the production
schedule and ensure its proper functioning.

What makes me proud in my daily work is to ensure that I lead the team and
manage the line well in order to achieve the objectives of the day.

My next challenge is to become a production team leader.
