I work in human resources in the integration department. I am responsible for recruitment, induction, monitoring training and job and career management. I'm also responsible for day-to-day monitoring of staff within the company.

I like contributing to the development of our employees on a daily basis.

I joined the company in 2002 as an apprentice on a BAC pro Bio Industrie de Transformation, then I continued my training with a BTS IAA, still on a sandwich course at the Romans site. After that, I was a team manager for 10 years. At the end of 2018, I had the opportunity to join the Human Resources-Integration department.
