What could be more delicious than a foccacia generously topped with Parma ham, ricotta and burrata? ​Discover this recipe that's sure to find a place in your restaurant, bar or hotel. Quick and easy to make, it's sure to charm your customers. Ideal to share as appetizer or main dish.

Preparation : 5 minutes
Grease the focaccia with an emulsion of oil and water, using a kitchen brush, and bake in a ventilated oven at 220° until golden brown. ​
Dressing : 5 minutes
Process the sheep's milk ricotta with the olive oil, salt and pepper, create a smooth cream and place it in a piping bag. ​
Arrange the slices of parma over the whole surface, with the help of a pastry bag make clumps of ricotta, insert burrata flakes and garnish with some lamb’s lettuce and aragula & tomatoes.
