Prepare the ingredients.

Let the focaccia defrost, according to the usual instructions.
Cut the focaccia into little squares.
Cut the quail egg in half and the radish, endive and cherry tomatoes into little slices.
Dressing : 5 minutes
On each square, spread 10grs of cream cheese,
then put half quail egg, some radish, endive and cherry tomatoes slices on top.
Chef's tip
Colour your hard-boiled eggs naturally by soaking them for 24 hours in water with beetroot juice or turmeric.
