Let the croissant defrost, according to the usual instructions.

Prepare the cookie dough:
• In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and melted butter.
• Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
• Add the baking powder and chocolate chips to the dough and mix them all together.
Dressing : 15 min
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Cut the croissant in half horizontally.
Using a spoon, spread half of the mixture inside the croissant. Then close it, and spread the rest on the top.
Bake it in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cookie dough is golden brown and the croissant is crispy.
