Preparation : 20 min
Cut the croissants into pieces and pour into the mixer bowl. Mix with the two types of sugar until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the softened butter and the egg, and mix to a firm dough.
Then add the chocolate chunks.
Shape into a log around 6cm in diameter and chill for one hour.
Cut into slices around 1cm thick and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 8 mins at 170°C
