IN WHICH DEPARTMENT DO YOU WORK, AND WHAT ARE THE MAIN TASKS OF YOUR CURRENT ROLE?
I am part of the production department, within the shaping sector. My role is to ensure the quality of our products by checking their weight and carrying out precise visual inspections.
Since this summer, I have also had the opportunity to train as a line operator, which allows me to develop new skills and progress in my profession.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT WORKING AT DÉLIFRANCE?
Indulgence above all! Making pastries is a pleasure… and a chance to discover delights such as the almond Oranais or the Cinnamon Bun.
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?
After obtaining my baccalaureate, I gained my first professional experience in retail, then committed to a civic service mission within an association.
These experiences allowed me to develop new skills and strengthen my interpersonal abilities before joining the VIVESCIA group.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW COLLEAGUE ?
