I work in the administrative department of the Martainville factory. My responsibilities include handling temporary staffing, internal communication, and ordering PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and consumables.

WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?
I joined Martainville as a production assistant on a fixed-term contract (CDD), where I was responsible for managing schedules and temporary staffing in general. My goal was to secure a permanent contract (CDI) because I really enjoyed the work environment and the variety of tasks. So, I have been working as a permanent administrative assistant since 2018.
WHAT ARE THE REASONS THAT LED YOU TO JOIN US?
I wanted to explore the world of industry, particularly the agri-food sector, which I knew very little about. It was a new challenge for me.
