Preparation : 5 minutes
Take the Focaccia Romana out of the freezer and grease it with an emulsion of oil and water with the help of a kitchen brush. Then, bake in a ventilated oven at 210°C for 3mn​.
Once cooked, let the focaccia cool for about five minutes, then cut it lengthwise and divide it into four equal parts.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Cut the mozzarella and the tomatoes into slices of about 0.3 cm.​
Open the slices and on the focaccia base, arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices alternately. Then arrange the slices of ham on top of them. Garnish with basil leaves and close with the top of the focaccia.
