Multi-cereal pavé

This seeded pavé has a fresh, open, airy and colourful crumb with a smattering of seeds, which contrasts with their crunchy crust sprinkled with brown and yellow flax, and poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, and millet seeds.
Part-baked on a natural stone oven.
