Crafted with our premium Ciabatta bread, this appetizing recipe is perfect for coffee shops and quick-service restaurants looking to elevate their Italian-inspired menu offerings.

In just 10 minutes, you can effortlessly serve up a satisfying Ciabatta Parmigiana, perfect for both lunch and dinner. ​

Preparation : 5 minutes
Take the Ciabattine out and place them in the oven to bake at 180°, for 12 to 14 min. ​
Spread the tomato sauce on both sides of the ciabatta. ​
Cut thin slices of an eggplant, and cook them into a pan with olive oil for two minutes on each side.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Place the slices into the bread spread with the tomato sauce​.
Add Mozzarella slices on top, then some basil leaves and end with the parmesan cheese shavings.​
Add salt and pepper.
Chef's tip
You can prepare Mozarella in advance: make slices, season with salt, pepper and olive oil and keep at 4°C for 1 day. Before serving, take to ambient temperature for at least 2H.
