Preparation : 5 minutes
Before baking, take the brioche out of its mold and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake and allow to cool.
Slice in two horizontally.
Toast insides before preparing.
Dressing : 5 minutes
Spread tomato pesto on both sides.
Add a few red onion slices.
After baking, place the steak burger on the bottom half.
Garnish with rocket leaves and basil.
Add the top and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
For extra crispness: toast the bun on the soft side before preparing the burger.
For a vegetarian version, replace beef with a potato or vegetable hashbrown.
