- Délifrance Héritage croissants
: 6
- "Red chief" apples : 200g
- Maple syrup : 60g
- Water : 60g
- Crushed pecan nuts : 30g

PREPARATION
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cut out six red apple wedges and reserve for later.
Dice the rest of the apple very finely (2-3mm cubes).
Boil the water and the maple syrup, add the apples and cook for 15 minutes over a very low heat.
Cut the croissant in half lengthways.

Method

  • DRESSING
    1. Fill the croissant with the apple preparation.
    2. Decorate the opening of the croissant with the apple wedge cut to be shaped like a mouth.
    3. Use half a boiled sweet for the eyes.
