GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATION

 

Only applies to our smart blend range stocked by your wholesaler.

To qualify and complete entry you need to upload your invoice to our website.

One case equals one entry so the more cases you buy the more chances you have of winning.

Entry into the prize draw to win £1000.

For smart blend products bought between the 1st February to the 31st March 2022

Winner will be drawn by the 2nd May - winner will have 15 days to respond

 

 

1. Who we are

a. We are Délifrance (UK) Limited with our registered address at 17 Chartwell Drive, Wigston, Leicestershire, LE18 2FL

(referred to below as “Délifrance”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are responsible for running this prize draw

(referred to below as the “Competition”) and providing the prize (see paragraph 6 below).

 

2. Who can enter: 

a. The Competition is open to all residents in mainland UK aged 18 years or over, except:

- employees of Délifrance or its holding or subsidiary companies and their immediate families; and

- anyone else professionally connected with the Competition and their employees and immediate families.

 

b. By entering this Competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

3. Opening/closing date and time: 

a. The Competition opens for entries at 12:00am on 1st February 2022 and closes for entries

at 11.59pm on 31st March 2022 (referred to below as the “Competition Period”).

 

b. Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be valid.

 

4. Method and cost of entry: 

a. To enter the Competition, during the Competition Period, you must:

- purchase at least one case of Délifrance Smart Blend bakery products from a wholesaler; and

- then upload the invoice/receipt of purchase to www.delifrance.com/uk/contest.

 

b. For the purposes of this Competition, Délifrance Smart Blend bakery products include the Délifrance Smart Blend Croissant,

Délifrance Smart Blend Jumbo Croissant, Délifrance Smart Blend Pain Au Chocolat, Délifrance Smart Blend Pain Aux Raisins,

Délifrance Smart Blend Mini Pastry Selection and Délifrance Smart Blend Chocolate & Hazelnut Filled Croissant only.

 

c. By purchasing at least one case of Délifrance Smart Blend bakery products and submitting the invoice as set out above,

you will be entered into the Competition and given the chance of winning £1,000 cash (the “Prize”).

 

d. Unlimited entries allowed. For each case purchased, one entry will be submitted. 

 

e. Délifrance accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction,

computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

 

5. Promotion draw date: 

a. The winner will be chosen at random via a computer process on 2 May 2022.

 

b. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided when entering.  

 

c. Délifrance will contact the winner on 2 May 2022. In the event that a winner does not respond or does not provide their address

and bank details within 15 days of being contacted and/or is otherwise unable to take up their Prize, Délifrance reserves the right to offer the Prize

to the next valid entrant drawn at random via the process set out at paragraph 5.a. above.

 

6. Prize

a. The Prize will be £1,000 cash.

 

b. Provided that the first winner drawn by Délifrance on 2 May 2022 is able to take up the Prize,

the Prize will be sent to the winner by bank transfer/ cheque by 27 May 2022.

 

c. The Prize is exclusively as stated. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise

specified cannot be deferred or transferred and no alternatives will be offered.

 

7. Publishing winner details

a. Délifrance must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place.

To comply with this obligation, Délifrance will send the surname and county of the Prize winner to anyone who emails [email protected]

or writes to Marketing Team - Smart Blend Competition, Délifrance UK, 17 Chartwell Drive, Wigston, Leicestershire, LE18 2FL

(enclosing a return-stamped and self-addressed envelope) within one month of the draw having taken place (i.e. by 2 June 2022).

If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact us.

In such circumstances, Délifrance must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

 

8. General

a. Délifrance reserves the right to disqualify and/or discount entries if it has reasonable grounds to suspect,

at its sole discretion that (i) entries were made in breach of these terms and conditions

and/or (ii) entries were designed to unfairly influence the result of the Competition and/or provide an unfair advantage to the entrant.

 

b. The decision of Délifrance regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

c. Délifrance reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

 

d. Insofar as permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses and we will have

no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

 

e. Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will be processed

as set out in Délifrance's privacy notice available at https://www.delifrance.com/uk/legal-terms

 

f. The Competition (including these terms and conditions) shall be governed by and construed

in accordance with English law and entrants to the Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
