The success of our choux pastry range is based on respect for traditional recipes and pastry-making know-how. We put a lot of passion into producing our choux pastry products, reproducing the pastry cook’s actions in our production workshop in Brittany.
Drawing on this French heritage, our aim is to offer you a unique taste experience: a light, crispy choux pastry filled with smooth pastry cream or light whipped cream.
A WIDE RANGE WHICH COVERS ALL NEEDS

Eclair

A choux pastry shell with a light, crispy texture filled with smooth pastry cream and topped with icing.

Paris-Brest

A ring-shaped crispy choux pastry filled with delicate praline cream and sprinkled with flaked almonds or hazelnut chips and icing sugar.

Religieuse

Two choux pastries filled with smooth pastry cream and decorated with icing, placed one on top of the other and delicately joined by a butter cream collar.

Salambo

Choux pastry filled with Kirsch or Grand Marnier pastry cream and topped with coloured icing.

Cream Puff

Choux pastry filled with light whipped cream and decorated with hazelnut chips.
