A RECIPE NO WASTE ALL TASTE

- Stale Pains au Chocolat : 300g

- Butter : 120g
- Sugar : 260g
- Dark Chocolate : 150g
- Eggs : 150g
- Pecan nuts : 100g

Method

  • PREPARATION

    - Prepare the ingredients.
    - Whisk the sugar and pains au chocolat in a mixer until the mixture becomes sandy in texture.
    - Melt the butter.
    - When it starts to boil, pour over the chocolate and mix well.
    - Add the eggs, mix.
    - Pour over the pain chocolat/sugar mixture and combine.
    - Add the pecans, mix.
    - Pour into a 20 cm square mould.
    - Bake for 18 minutes at 170°C.
    - Leave to cool for 20 minutes before cutting.

Chef’s tip

Adapt the recipe by using white chocolate or milk chocolate (remove 50 g of butter from the initial recipe)
