This roll is made from a recipe using pre-fermented dough that gives it a light and airy crumb with a slight butter flavour, characteristic of rustic bread. The additional roasted rye flour gives it a creamy coloured crumb. This product is made with CRC-certified cereals (Culture Raisonnée Controlée: Controlled, Responsible and Sustainable Crops).
