Slices of bread with a creamy cheese topping and a slice of roasted bacon.
Preparation : 10 min
1. CHEDDAR TOPPING:
- Combine all the ingredients together and season.

2. Cut the baguette into slices (around 20 slices).
- Heap 1 tbsp of cheddar topping (around 17g) onto each slice.
- Top with 1/3 of a slice of smoked streaky bacon.
- Bake for a few minutes at 230°C: the bacon should be nicely browned.
