These three breads are made with spelt, a species of wheat widely cultivated since 5000 BC. It is believed that the Roman army called it their “marching grain” because of its rich nutrients content.
In some of these recipes we also put a special selection of flours milled from ancient grains to give you an authentic taste of the past
