Venture into the special world of Halloween with this Délifrance Héritage croissants-based recipe! Garnish your croissants with an apple mixture and maple syrup and liven up your customers' day!
Preparation : 30 min
Cut out six red apple wedges and reserve for later.
Dice the rest of the apple very finely (2-3mm cubes).
Boil the water and the maple syrup, add the apples and cook for 15 minutes over a very low heat.
Cut the croissant in half lengthways.
Dressing : 5 min
1. Fill the croissant with the apple preparation.
2. Decorate the opening of the croissant with the apple wedge cut to be shaped like a mouth.
3. Use half a boiled sweet for the eyes.
